APARTMENT TURNOVER

As a Property Manager you need reliable, fast, ecomonical and CLEAN turnover repaints!  Our approach is to consult with you on the front end regarding your priorities, timeline and budget to develop a plan to get your turnover done on time and neatly.  You hate call backs and splattered paint and so do we!  Our priority is to deliver an ontime, thorough, clean repaint. We communicate throughout the process and keep the paint where it belongs and off of where it does not belong!
